Ms. Hunet has extensive experience advising general partners on strategic transactions, including continuation/acquisition funds, fund recapitalisations, tenders, restructurings and team spinoffs. She also has a long-standing experience at advising limited partners on strategic secondary transactions, having led some of the largest or more complex LP portfolio sales in Europe.She graduated with dean’s honors from ESCP Europe, with a “Grande Ecole” Master in Management and Finance.
