• Implement, improve, automate, standardize, maintain various financial reports used by the Finance and Management Team using the different tools available which include: Exact, SAP, QAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Microstrategy, PowerBI
• Setup new and improve links to existing data sources in BI tools. Develop BI reports on new data sources, examples including sales, working capital, and financials.
• Seek opportunities to improve and analyze financial and operational results.
• Participate in and provide financial analysis for the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting periods. Streamline and automate budget/RF data collection process.
• Lead targeted analysis requested to address specific business or financial reporting issues which are a priority.
• Participate and help in the rollout of the new ERP for the Business as well as the new reporting structure defined by the Corporate
• Work directly with manufacturing sites to understand manufacturing variances. Automate and improve variance reporting for better visibility during the month.
