- Create and structure HR international function over 6 subisidairies (US, UK, Germany, Japan, HK &
China) along with global HRD and local General Managers. Manage functionally a team of around
25 people, including 6 HR Heads
- Work in close collaboration with top management to develop and implement a HR strategy able to
support Diptyque’s ambition and fast growing organization
- Build a strong partnership with local HR Heads and General Managers to develop local HR strategies
aligned with our global HR roadmap
- Build and implement France training plan in line with our key strategic orientations. Adapt and roll out of a key initiatives regarding Leadership at international level
- Work on various transversal key HR projects

- Restructure teams across the whole existing network
- Open 7 boutiques in France, Switzerland, Germany and Italy
- Structure the HR function in Europe in cooperation with the Europe Head of Retail and with the HR
Director based in Hong Kong

21 company owned boutiques distributed over 7 countries
- Open 7 boutiques in France and in Europe
- Structure the network : develop and implement a new compensation policy, evaluation and followup tools, global HR processes
- Manage recruitment and induction of sales staff throughout the year
- « High season » : manage planning and budget for seasonal staff, organize recruitment forums,
training and induction of the seasonal staff
- Pilot training, evaluation and career management together with operational managers
- Coordinate with Chanel international divisions to ensure compliance with the legislation of each
country and to facilitate local payroll

8 Tod’s & 2 Roger Vivier Company owned boutiques distributed over the US:
- Support Tod’s US Retail Division management in monitoring performance, organizing life in stores
and managing administratively the teams to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets

Advise firms and recruit Retail, Marketing, Creative, HR, Accounting and Finance profiles for well-established fashion and retail firms
