Kaya RICHARD

Master’s student in Economics and Finance (Market Finance) at Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, with a background in Applied Economics and Financial Engineering. I am currently completing a work-study apprenticeship during my Master’s program at OFI Invest Asset Management, where I work as an Assistant Portfolio Manager in multi-asset management, with a strong focus on fixed income products. This dual academic and professional training allows me to directly bridge theory and practice, and to develop solid analytical skills, market insight, and hands-on experience in portfolio monitoring and allocation. I graduated with a French Baccalauréat with highest honors (mention très bien) and completed the European English section, strengthening both my fluency in English and my international mindset. Beyond finance, I bring a disciplined and competitive profile shaped by long-term personal commitments. I studied music at the conservatory for ten years, developing rigor, creativity, and perseverance. In parallel, I competed at the national level in French boxing, an experience that reflects mental resilience, determination, and a strong performance-driven mindset. Driven, curious, and adaptable, I am eager to grow in dynamic and demanding environments, and to pursue opportunities in asset management, market finance, and related fields.
