- Directed a team of 5 researchers, defined responsibilities according to strategic objectives, identified profile, recruited, trained and supervised team members.
- Designed the conceptual framework and methodology for research projects, mobilized team member, managed work flow and timeline, interviewed leading global family business leaders.
- Contributed to the establishment of goal and strategy, standardized operational and reporting process, refined task allocation, regulated project and research flow which sustained the completion of high impact projects.
- Delivered lecture at the Development Research Center of the State Council - China International Development Knowledge Center.

- Asian Chinese Family Office Report commissioned by Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).
- UHNW Family Philanthropy Report commissioned by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
- Private Bank and Family Wealth Management Report commissioned by China Banking Association.

- Provided advisory to leading family businesses on family business and wealth strategy, contributed to the expansion of business activities in Asia, established collaboration with local partners.
- Designed education module for family and institutional clients, delivered teaching sessions to the PKU-Harvard-Oxford Family Business programme alumni group.
- Set up legal structure, hired and trained 1 analyst, designed marketing and communication strategy.
- Co-authored multiple articles on ICBC Private Wealth Magazine and China Family Business Review.
