- Owned cross-functional execution across product, GTM, customer success, and operations for 3 SaaS product lines
- Led strategic product repositioning to capture enterprise B2B2C market with subscription pricing model
- Tracked and optimized SaaS metrics: ARR growth, CAC, activation rates, churn, NRR, and expansion revenue
- Built operating infrastructure: reporting rhythms, KPI dashboards, cross-functional planning cadence
