As SVP New Business Integration, I develop all synergies between Accorhotels and recently acquired start ups and new businesses
Fields of activities : luxury serviced villas and apartments, concierge services, catering, web distribution and services
New brands : Onefinestay, Squarebreak, Oasis collections, Travelkeys, John Paul, Potel & Chabot
Drive cross functional alignment, internal teams engagement
Imagine new agile processes compatible with entrepreneurship mentalities
Keep Customer centric culture and Topline as main priorities.

As SVP Entrepreneurship Advocay and reporting directly to Group's CEO and Deputy CEO, I was the first active hands-on actor of Accor's Open Innovation strategy.
I met over 200 innovative start ups and small businesses and signed 20 pilots (proof of concepts) in order to test and implement new disruptive techniques, Tools, apps. - at local, regional or worldwide levels.
Main objectives : increase turnover, decrease operational costs, accelerate digital transformation, bring extra service to our stakeholders ie customers, hotel owners, staff members and share holders.
Test and Learn approach, agility, right to fail, short decision processes and P&L inspired disruption have been the key success factors to this mission.
I created a unique entry point for start ups in the Group and a pragmatic bottom-up strategy to implement changes inthe organization.
I created and organized Accorhotels Lab's presence in Vivatechnology show in Paris featuring 40 start ups, live pitches, 5 worldwide challenges on hospitality and tourism major strategic stakes.
