Project managed the creation and EMEA roll-out of Quorvus Collection (now Radisson Collection), a new luxury hotel brand- now comprising 13 hotels:
Fine-tuned and led development of initial brand concept, luxury standards and guest experience initiatives for EMEA, under an all-encompassing Marketing Plan and budget;
Engaged and secured collaboration from internal stakeholders (IT, e-commerce, business development, …);
Helped conversion of hotels in Kuwait & Scotland with bespoke branding, positioning, products & services;
Supported openings with staff trainings, communication toolkits, press events, digital marketing (incl. social media strategy, influencers, app & website creation) and EMEA-wide on/offline brand awareness campaign.
