• Responsible for Finance and IT : Group and Management reportings; corporate finance, controlling; planning (budget- reforecast); taxes, due diligence, valuation, internal controls & Audit, IT infrastructures including security & IT projects:
• Relation with legal and internal auditors (Group and affiliates)
• Legal and operational reorganization: France, Spain, Mexico, Brazil
• New Transfer pricing policy: royalties, Mgmt fees, intercompany product pricing and documentations
• European accounting outsourcing project with IBM and then internalization at Prague office (50 FTEs today)
• Implementation of SOX procedures
• Taxes optimizations: participating loan, transfer pricing, mergers, French taxes rolling, tax consolidations, thin capitalization, US dividends, cash repatriation to deleverage debt, etc…
• SAP implementation: design core SAP platform and global roll out
• Currencies management : translation and transaction impacts (Fx and commodities hedging)
• Working capital improvements: finance reviews; inventories optimization.
• Team: 250 FTE (150 FTE in finance; 50 FTE in IT and 50 FTE in Shared Services Center)
