- Evaluate the project through field missions and by working with project stakeholders to collect information
- Capitalize on the experience and evaluate the methodology of financial education used in the project

2nd project : Research study on microcredit for water & sanitation market in Brazil for the NGO Water.org
- Conduct research and elaborate report section on Microfinance sector in Brazil
- Elaborate Report section on Water & Sanitation Sector Stakeholders
- Review Final report, including review structure and elaborate executive summary

Other task: Produce 3 project’s proposals for submission to potential donors and partners

Manage the LMS (e-learning platform) and promote Digital learning
- Provide support and coordinate within the e-learning Admin network (40 countries)
- Animate the collaboration platform (community manager)
- Communication activities: Produce 5 Learning newsletters, Websites Announcement, Teaser
- Create e-learning paths for functions: map and match learning according to demands
- Participate to training courses on training methodologies, learning styles, training programs design
- Produce a Facilitation toolkit (Train the Trainer)
- Create and follow-up of e-learning KPIs
- Conduct a survey on the quality of e-learning platform
- Build a FAQ database on different processes

Participate to the planning and launching phase of the Upgrade LMS project
- Provide Stakeholders analysis, Communication plan, Training plan
- Evaluate and detect issues of the testing platform in collaboration with supplier
- Build the new structure of the course curriculum
- Produce training documents about new Platform
- Organize and facilitate 8 virtual training sessions for e-learning Admin and key users

Participate to the innovation projects of Digital learning
- Participate to building the training program for Sales Rep. and Sales Managers to be deployed within Lafarge Group in collaboration with the Performance Department (Blended approach with e-learning, virtual and face-to-face classroom)
- Run tests and evaluate Authoring tool, Rich media tool, Publishing tool for purchase decision making
- Produce 6 rapid e-learning modules
(Build pedagogy plan, Design content structure, Adapt training materials, Work on tools)
