Involved from early stage in the conception of a new MTF, NYSE BondMatch, to represent Market Operations until the launch in meetings with Project Managers, IT, Business Development departments, as well as French Regulators
Deep knowledge of order book trading, as well as Off-Market and OTC, good awareness of regulatory constraints
Responsible for liaising between Market Operations, in charge of detecting and starting investigating market abuses, and Market Integrity Dpt., which reports directly to the regulators
Investigate market abuses and discrepancies
Monitor markets, enforce trading rules and monitor Liquidity Providers
