- I’m an internationally focused HR and CSR executive who firmly believes that strong corporate social responsibility, measured and reinforced, is key to an attractive talent acquisition and retention strategy.
- I am experienced in and comfortable leading large scale, high intensity transformation projects involving digitalisation, organisational design and collective upskilling through Learning & Development within multicultural, global organisations.

=> within Antalis, I have designed a meaningful CSR strategy that directly incentivises executives on CSR performance, (from anti-corruption to carbon off-setting and supply chain traceability) with the results being published transparently in the Annual Report.
=>within Carlson Wagonlit Travel, I have constructed and deployed a talent strategy that included coaching, mentoring and internal mobility. It allowed people to grow inside the group. Innovative learning solutions supported the attraction, development and retention policy.
