- Developed and implemented in Jan ’24 the 1st cross-category shop-the-look pilot globally on adidas.COM and APP to cater to Gen Z consumers’ ways of shopping online: project proposal, range selection, shooting organization, creation of online solution to showcase looks, alignment with all functions in Europe and Global Business Units. Pilot validated initial thesis and is being rolled-out in all markets in DTC channels
- Created from scratch a new hype proposition to elevate Apparel through co-creation with local artists and selected distribution now being rolled out in all Global key cities. Example: Fete de la Musique “Communi-tee” drop in Paris on 21/06/23: 7M visitors on adidas APP in 1 hour and 3-hour queue in front of Paris Le Marais store

- Developed and implemented Moscow plan to deliver fastest growing Key City in adidas group: + 30% NS vs PY in 2021
- Preparation and presentation to Key Accounts’ senior stakeholders (CEOs, Head of Brand, Head Buyer) during Go-to-market sign-off and sell-in
- Developed data-based Retail store expansion program for Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Kyiv then extended it to the whole CIS including refit, furniture choice, digital tools, store assortments, consumer experience, activation budgets and staff needs (450+ own doors)
- Negotiated and closed the first MoU between adidas CIS and local franchise partners to open new Concept Stores

- Adidas Moscow Range: End-to-end range ideation, creation, lifecycle, merchandising and distribution from SS21 to FW23 as well as participation to sign-offs for all store assortments. Example: Originals Moscow Spezial, Forum and Superstar footwear based on local insights
- Sourcing of partners and negotiations of contracts with organizations focusing on Sustainable initiatives in the Moscow region as well as DEI promotion
From May 2022 to November 2022, pivoted to Paris Olympics and Paralympics Team in Paris:
- Developed Marketplace strategy to maximize sales and brand impact during Paris Olympics and Paralympics after War in Ukraine started
