Fedem maintains a constructive dialogue with the French authorities, national and international bodies in all areas of policy and legislation affecting the sector and its products, in order to ensure early consultation and to promote the industry’s views and positions.

Main tasks:
- Monitor EU and FR legislative and policy developments
- Analyze and estimate their potential impacts on NFM industry
- Data analysis, interpretation, and presentations of stakes at various committees
- Participate to business organizations’ working groups
- Draft policy positions + carry out advocacy actions, in cooperation with member companies' management and experts, targeting EU and French administrations.

The French PR EU represents France in negotiations that take place at EU level, ensuring that its interests are heard by other Member States, the European Commission and members of the European Parliament.

Main tasks: setting up monitoring tools, synthesizing and reporting think tanks activities to the Ambassador and Counselors (topics covered included EU Constitution, Energy).
