Chubb France Fire 1 Security est filiale du groupe américain Carrier (spin off du groupe United Technologies Company, UTC).

Fusion et intégration d'acquisitions (Groupe Vulcain 50m$)

Mise en place d'un contrôle de gestion opérationnel dans le cadre d'un changement organisationnel majeur (organisation transversale par activité en remplacement d'une organisation géographique)

Digitalisation de la fonction finance : mise en place de plusieurs projets (automatisation de la production de facture, robotisation des taches de facturation, automatisation de notes de frais, introduction des modes de paiements électroniques, mise en place de relances clients par email, etc.)

Finance team managed: 50 people, 15 countries – Based in Paris

Following the acquisition of the power and the transverse activities of Alstom I was nominated IS&T Finance Director reporting to the group controller and functionally to the group CIO. In charge of the financial integration and spin-off of the Alstom IS&T activities.

o Financial integration of Alstom IS&T activities and team into different GE divisions.
o 60m$ synergies plan definition and implementation.
o Separation and carve-out to Alstom by building and manage a Transitional Services Agreement (300m$/2y).

· Financial supervision of one of the 7 region of the group with operations in 11 factories and sites in France. Located in Saint Ouen reporting to the group CFO and the Region SVP. 17 direct reports among which the Unit Site Controllers.
· With a Backlog of 5.0b€, a Turnover of 1.4b€ and a positive Income from Operations, the region France represents one third of the transport sector
