Designed a new recording solution for internal and external broadcasting web casts (satellite symposium, internal training and conferences) - Divided the associated costs by four and deadlines by three - Nominated for Pfizer Commercial Excellence Awards 2010.

Created and distributed MedManuscript®, leading software application dedicated to writing scientific articles in English - 2010 Europe Speciality team award for best practice.

Contributed to Viagra Non-RX launch (agencies choices, defined internet sales strategies and managing customer relationships at European level).

Developed a dedicated service giving oncologists access to principal reviews in oncology and the ability to download articles - www.oncoclick.org

Co-ordinated a CRM Siebel project for the European entity.

Replicated the US grant program dedicated to clinical research studies at European level - www.europeaspire.org

Responsible for a team of 25 collaborators: HR, Data Management and e-business. Managing a budget of 3 million Euros for conception, development and maintenance of domain applications

Re-organised teams to allow for optimal resources allocation and cross collaboration. Particular focus on client service, innovation and commitments.

Implemented and managed PeopleSoft Payroll and Global HR system and all applications concerning HR including E-recruitment. More than 4000 employees in various sites and different businesses (PGM, PCH, PGRD, Animal Health…).

Re-engineered global process through dedicated web applications

Provided performance indicators for the various Pfizer entities (sales, marketing, finances and pricing) through automated processes, a unique referential and forecasting tool.
